EASY SPRING SUPPER 
1 lb. fresh asparagus, cooked slightly
4 slices bacon, cooked
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
4 slices good bread, toasted

Lay asparagus, bacon slices and hard boiled eggs on toast slices. Mix 4 tablespoons butter and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Sprinkle on toast slices. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 2.
