EASY SUPPER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
4 c. cooked rice
1-2 med. onions
1-2 med. green peppers
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (7 oz.) bag shredded cheddar cheese
1/2-1 lb. colby longhorn mild cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and drain any excess fat. Chop onion, green pepper. Put in large mixing bowl. Add both kinds of cheese, tomatoes, cooked rice, cooked beef, salt and pepper. Mix together and put in casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
