EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped (approximately 1/2 c.)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (30 oz.) jar Ragu meat flavored sauce
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
2 c. (1 lb.) Ricotta cheese
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated cheese

Remove sausage from casing. Brown all meat in pan with onions and garlic until soft. Stir in Ragu and simmer for approximately 30 minutes. In large pot, add oil and salt to water. When water is boiling, add noodles. Cook according to box label. In medium bowl, beat eggs, then add Ricotta cheese. Grate Mozzarella cheese. In large baking dish, oil the bottom and line with cooked lasagna noodles. Cover with Ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and Mozzarella. Repeat 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
