HOT ARTICHOKE HORS D'OEUVRES 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. freshly grated Paremsan cheese
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
1 c. artichoke hearts, chopped
Melba toast rounds

Mix mayonnaise, cheese, chiles and artichokes together. Put 1 teaspoon of mixture on a melba round. Put under the broiler until lightly browned.
