GREEN CHILIES AND RICE 
1 c. rice, cooked
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 can pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
Monterey Jack cheese, grated (amount to suit your taste)

Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Place 1/2 in greased casserole. Place 1/2 of cheese over top. Place remainder of rice mixture in casserole. Top with remainder of cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
