EASY CREAMY CORN DISH 
EVERYONE including the kids and my vegetarian friends loved it!

2 (1 lb. ea.) bags frozen corn (or 2 regular cans corn, drained)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 to 4 tbsp. green salsa (verde salsa)

Heat corn and cream cheese in a pot on low, stirring frequently till cheese is completely melted. Add verde salsa sauce to taste (mix in some completely and try it because a little really does go a long way).
