1 c. lowfat cottage cheese 1/4 c. chili sauce 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. skim milk 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 2 tbsp. finely chopped celery 2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion Combine first 5 ingredients in container of electric blender; blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill before serving. Yield: about 2 1/8 cups (about 13 calories per tablespoon). |
