THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped sweet pickles
1/2 c. finely chopped dill pickles
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 c. dry white wine, optional
1 tbsp. anchovy paste, optional

Combine all ingredients and stir well to mix. Cover; refrigerate. Stir well before serving.
