BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tbsp. dried onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli until firm. Mix rest of ingredients and add to broccoli. Put in greased casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
