4 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
7 oz. pkg. coconut

Beat eggs and sugar together. Mix all the above together. Grease with butter two 9 inch pie pans. Pour mixture into pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown if center is firm. It makes its own crust.
