BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
6-8 slices bread, cubed, trimmed
1 lb. sausage, browned
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
12 eggs
3/4 tsp. mustard, optional
2 1/2 c. milk
Pinch of salt

Place bread, sausage and cheese in 9x13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Before baking let stand for 1 hour. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees, uncovered.

Optional: Heat 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 cup milk and 1 can mushrooms. Pour in pitcher. Serve over top if desired.
