BANANA CAKE 
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1-1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. buttermilk (I use regular milk)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 mashed bananas
1/2 c. crushed pecans

Cream butter, sugar - add eggs, soda, water, buttermilk, vanilla and salt. Stir in bananas, flour and nuts.

Bake in bundt pan (or two layer pans) at 350°F for 40-50 minutes. Ice with sour cream frosting or powdered sugar frosting.
