LAZY MAN'S STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 med. size cabbage
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
Seasoning to taste
1 c. rice, uncooked
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water

Shred cabbage, set 1/2 in roaster pan. Brown beef, drain fat. Saute onion. Add to meat. Also add rice and tomato sauce; mix. Spread on top of cabbage. Cover with the balance of shredded cabbage. Top with soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees covered 1 hour or until cabbage is soft and rice cooked.
