APPLESAUCE NUT BREAD 
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. applesauce
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Coat raisins and pecans with the 2 tablespoons flour. Combine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk. Sift together dry ingredients; add to applesauce mixture stirring just to blend. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. packed firmly brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients, blending well. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
