AVOCADO PARTY TRAY 
3 med. avocados
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 (10 1/2 oz.) can plain or jalapeno bean dip
1 lg. bunch green onions with tops, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans black olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips

Peel, pit, and mash avocados. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco mix in a bowl. Assemble as follows: Spread bean dip on large, shallow platter; layer on avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives, and cheese. Serve, chilled or at room temperature, with chips.
