HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
4-5 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. cream
6 c. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. black walnut flavoring

Beat eggs until light; add gradually. Beat until thick and lemon colored. Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly. Freezer in 1 gallon ice cream freezer. Serves 12.
