SHRIMP CRAB CASSEROLE | |
2 c. milk 1/2 c. cheese, melted 4 tbsp. plain flour 1 c. grated cheese 1/3 tsp. salt 1/3 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce 8 oz. cooked shrimp 4 oz. crabmeat Mix flour, salt and pepper with part of milk. Beat out lumps. Add cheese to rest of milk in a double boiler. When cheese has melted, add flour mixture and Tabasco sauce. Stir until smooth and thickened. Add shrimp and crabmeat. Pour in casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
