DRESSING 
4 c. cornbread crumbs
3 c. biscuits
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
1 onion, medium
5 tbsp. heaping celery
2 c. broth
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. sage
4 tbsp. butter

Cook onion, celery and broth together for a few minutes. Mix and bake at 450 degrees.

GIBBLET GRAVY:

10 tbsp. butter
2 c. broth
1 c. water
1 c. milk
13 tbsp. flour (plain)

Melt butter in pan and mix flour, cook until light brown. Add mixed water and milk. Mix gibblet and 2 boiled egg.
