IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR 
1 3/4 c. liquor (Irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon, scotch or rye)
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. whipping cream

In blender combine all ingredients except whipping cream. Blend for 3 minutes. Then stir in whipping cream. Bottle and refrigerate. Will keep for 1 to 2 months in refrigerator. Enjoy in coffee, over ice cream or over ice.
