HOMEMADE CREAM LIQUEUR | |
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 1 1/4 c. your favorite liqueur (almond, coffee, orange or mint) 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping or coffee cream 4 eggs In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve over ice. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before using. Use only grade A clean, uncracked eggs. |
