MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 bunch fresh cauliflower
2 bunches green onions
Portion of fresh mushrooms (optional) - break or cut in sm. pieces

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. salad oil
2 c. vinegar - if strong, use some water

Mix dressing in blender and pour over vegetables. Let stand overnight.
