ARROZ (RICE) 
2 1/4 c. rice, cooked in chicken broth (I use about 1 cup)
2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
1 sm. can whole green chilies
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Lumps of butter

Combine the sour cream, cooked rice and salt to taste. Line a greased casserole with 1/2 of the rice mixture. Cut domino size pieces of Jack cheese and wrap with green chili strips and tuck in around the rice. Dot with butter and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
