HAMBURGER SKILLET MEAL 
Brown in skillet:

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped

Add:

2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. broken spaghetti, elbow macaroni or rice
1 c. catsup
Salt & pepper

Stir together and simmer covered until macaroni or rice is done, 20-30 minutes, stir occasionally while cooking.

Can substitute for tomatoes and catsup:

3 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
