TACO CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can (20 oz.) red kidney beans
2 c. (8 oz.) cheddar cheese shredded
1 bag (8 oz.) taco chips
1/2 c. taco sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion

Prepare meat mixture, and hamburger and brown. Stir in tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and remove from heat. Set aside. Rinse and drain kidney beans. Toss with 1 cup cheese. Grease 2 quart baking dish. Line bottom of dish with 1/3 of taco chips. Lay cheese bean mixture over chips, cover beans with 1/3 more taco chips, spoon meat mixture over layer of chips, spreading evenly. Top with remaining chips, taco sauce, onion and 1 cup cheese.
