APPLE CAKE 
9 oz. dough
8-10 apples
6 tbsp. raisins
8 oz. grinded almonds
2 eggs
1 c. light cream
1/2 c. sugar
Ground lemon skin

Flatten dough in a round, flat cake form. Peel and slice apples. Spread them out in circles. Cover with sugar and grinded lemon skin and raisins. Mix cream, eggs and rest of sugar; pour on apples. Bake in preheated oven, middle temperature, for 45 minutes.
