LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate, thawed

Cream butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Drop about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate, sprinkle with sugar.
