BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/4 lb. box Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 stick of butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook broccoli and cauliflower until tender. In a saucepan, cut cheese in small pieces and add milk, and soup and butter. Heat over low heat until cheese has melted, then pour over broccoli and cauliflower that has been drained and put in a casserole dish. Top with Ritz crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
