DRESSING 
5 to 6 pieces bread, stale or toasted
Onion, diced or grated
Onion salt, if desired
Salt
Pepper
3 stalks celery, tips and leaves
Sage to taste
1 to 2 c. hot water
Turkey gizzard, chopped
Turkey heart, chopped
Turkey liver, chopped
1 egg, beaten

Pour hot water over bread, add turkey pieces. Cover for 5 minutes. Add egg. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Add dressing. Bake until most of moisture is gone. May stir once to keep from being soggy.
