2 to 3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. ground hamburger
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped
4 or 5 sm. bags Planter's peanuts, ground
1 gizzard, ground
1 liver, ground

Boil liver and gizzard for 10 minutes (grind). Add 2 to 3 cups bread crumbs that have been softened in hot water (squeeze out excess water). Mix with hamburger, egg, onion, and ground peanuts. Stuffs about a 5 to 7 pound bird.
