MOM'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
onion soup mix
2 cans water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked chicken
1/2 bag broccoli

Lay rice on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix onion soup and water in pan. Place chicken on top of that, then broccoli. Next, dilute cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup water; pour over broccoli.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour.
