SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon, drained well
1 egg
2 tbsp. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix salmon and egg with fork. Add 2 tablespoons cream of chicken soup to mixture and stir for 1 minute. Add pepper, salt, and Accent. Stir 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup sifted flour. Stir mixture for 1 minute and pour onions into salmon mixture and mix.
