SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
1 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Crushed crackers

Mix all ingredients on bowl, using enough crackers to make the mixture stiff. Fry in oil until golden brown. (Drop by spoonfuls or roll into small balls.) Drain on paper towels.
