PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts (optional)

Pour into a greased bar pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese, add sugar, butter and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
