REAL OLD FASHIONED MASHED
POTATOES
 
6 to 8 med. Irish potatoes
1/4 c. canned milk
1 c. potato broth
2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt

Peel potatoes and cut in quarters. Cover with water and cook until tender. Place drained potatoes in mixing bowl. Measure the potato broth and add to potatoes. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well until light and fluffy.
