ANGEL CREAM | |
13 x 9 inch pan Angel food cake 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese (regular or lite) 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 can condensed milk 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 can Lucky Leaf pie filling (your choice) LaCreme (regular or lite) Cut cake in half. Break half of cake into little pieces on bottom of pan. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, condensed milk, lemon juice until it is like sauce. Put half of mixture on top of cake pieces. Then half pie filling on top of that. Take other half of cake and break into small pieces on top. Then put other half of mixture on top of cake and then the other half of pie filling. Then top with the LaCreme. OPTIONAL: Sprinkle top with pecans, chocolate sprinkles or whatever. Better if left in refrigerator overnight. |
