LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic salt
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. pepper
Lasagna noodles (boil 9-10)
8 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
1 carton cottage cheese

Brown beef and garlic salt in a pan. Drain off grease. Add tomato paste, tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Cook lasagne noodles. Put 3 noodles in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle Swiss cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. Put cottage cheese on top of cheese. Put meat sauce on top of cottage cheese. Repeat this 3 times. On the last layer put cheese on top.
