FOOL-PROOF PANCAKES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. whole milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
blueberries (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk lightly. Cook on greased griddle or in greased skillet.
