1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

In a large saucepan over medium heat. Melt butter and cheese, stirring often. Remove from heat. Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa. Add to cheese mixture, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and add nuts. Pour into buttered 9"x12" pan. Chill. Makes 3 pounds.
