3 eggs
1/2 cup strained honey
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
grated rind lemon
1/2 cup sweet whipped cream
pinch salt

Beat eggs until frothy. Add honey, sugar, lemon juice and rind and salt. Cook in double boiler stirring constantly until as thick as heavy cream. When cool add the 1/2 cup whipped cream.
