BUTTERMILK SALAD | |
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. Jello (peach, orange, apricot or any flavor) 2 c. buttermilk 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) 1 med. can pineapple (crushed or tidbits) Combine pineapple and Jello (dry) and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes and cool. Add buttermilk, Cool Whip and nuts. Blend well. Refrigerate several hours before serving. |
