PARTY POTATOES | |
1 (32 oz.) bag of Ore Ida hash browns 2 c. Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. onions 1/2 tsp. pepper Corn flakes 16 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt 1 c. butter (use 1/2 on potatoes, other 1/2 on topping) Put potatoes in greased pan. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over. Mix sour cream, Cheddar cheese, soup, onion, salt and pepper in bowl. Pour over potatoes. Mix 1/2 cup butter with 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Pour over top of potatoes. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
