PEACH CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, soft
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 can peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. juice from peaches
Cinnamon

Grease 9 inch pie pan. Drain sliced peaches, saving juice. Combine flour, baking powder, egg, milk, butter and vanilla pudding. Beat until smooth and thick. Pour or spoon in pie pan. Arrange peaches on top of batter, leaving 1 inch from the side.

In a small bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Spoon over top of peaches. Leave one inch from side of pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 350 degrees about 35 minutes.
