PEACH CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. box vanilla pudding, not instant
3 tbsp. butter, soft
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

FILLING:

1 can peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. reserved peach juice
Cinnamon and sugar mixture

Butter bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate.

Blend all ingredients for crust and pour into a 9 inch pie plate.

Lay sliced peaches to within one inch from edge on top of batter in pie plate.

Blend cream cheese, sugar and reserved juice until smooth. Spread over top of sliced peaches (stay one inch from edge). Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over cream cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
