SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1 lb. ground sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 lbs. sauerkraut (chopped and drained)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. oil

Brown sausage and onions. Drain grease. Put in large bowl and combine all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill 4 hours. Form into balls and roll in flour.

Combine 2 eggs with 3/4 cup milk and beat well. Dip floured balls into egg mixture and roll into corn flakes. Brown balls in oil in large skillet over medium to high heat. Serve warm.
