1 pkg. Noodles Romanoff
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. thyme
Dash of pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Prepare noodles and sauce according to directions on package. Brown meat and onions - stir in soup, milk, pimento and seasoning. Add to noodle mixture. Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more.
