NOODLE STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced parsley
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Noodle Romanoff

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and soup. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in milk and packet of sour cream cheese sauce mix. Heat thoroughly. Garnish with parsley. Serve over noodles. Cook noodles as directed on package. Makes 4 servings.
