MEAT CUPS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. soft bread crumbs 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 c. of pepper 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/3 c. minced onion Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Pat into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Freeze in meal-sized portions tightly wrapped in plastic wrap. Enjoy! |
