MEAT-ZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. tomato paste or pizza sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained well
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 c. chopped American cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix beef, crumbs, milk and salt well. Place in bottom of pizza pan. Put rest of ingredients over meat in order listed. Other ingredients which also can be added are ripe olives, sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, ham, green pepper, anchovies and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
