MOZZARELLA MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese

Combine all the ingredients. Put in a 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done. Drain off fat and top with the sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Put in oven until cheese is melted.
