3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix everything in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Don't grease pan. Stir dry ingredients together into the pan. Level with a fork. Make 3 holes in the dry ingredients that is already in the pan. Put vinegar in one hole. Put cooking oil in another. Put vanilla in last hole. Add water and mix well with a fork or spoon. Don't beat, but be sure it is mixed well. Bake at 325°F for 30-35 minutes.
